a commission basis, please refer to service provider for their

Any option left by Absolute Tracking Ltd users are
screened and moderated by the marketing team. if the comments
infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity,
defamation, insults, out of context commentary.), Absolute Tracking
Ltd reserves the right to refuse it or to modify it.
Protection of personal data.
Since the details you give us are essential for the
possessing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment
of contracts, failure to provide these details will result in
the cancellation of your order. By registering on site, you
agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it
concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to
the present general conditions as well as the conditions of
use listed on the site.
In accordance with the "Data Act & the laws of England
& Wales" Absolute Tracking Ltd is authorised to extract
handle & use information that concerns you. this information
is the subject of the computer processing. This activity is
strictly regulated: you have no permanent right to access &
rectify all the information that concerns you, in accordance
with the European texts & national laws in place (article
34 of the law of January 6th 1978). You can at any moment make
a request to Absolute Tracking Ltd to find out what personal
information they contain for you. You may at any moment, and
by request modify this information. If you accept to receive
our promotional emails when you registered on the site, offers
including new items, clearance, exclusivity, good deals etc.
will be sent to you. You may at any moment request not to receive
any further e-mails.
If you so excepted as the registration on the site, Absolute
Tracking Ltd and its contractual partners may send you information
in the form of precise and punctual promotional operations.
Absolute Tracking Ltd partners have been specially chosen by
Absolute Tracking Ltd and are recognised for the quality of
their products and services.
Absolute Tracking
will only refund customers in full if the goods purchased are
faulty by manufacture defect.
We inspect and quality control all goods before they are sent
out to the customer.
Custom design or
special fabricated systems are not returnable as we will not
get a warranty for such equipment, because of alteration etc,
we will of course always try and accommodate any regular customer
or client regarding this situation.
Notice to all customers, do not return any goods before you
have contacted us first so we can log the order number and issue
you with a returns number, if goods are sent back to us before
this is done then your item may be lost or destroyed, no refund
will be given, this is also a security measure.
All goods are dispatched new, if there is any mark or break
in packaging, this will be because we test every thing before
dispatch. We do not sell second hand or used goods if an item
is purchased as new then delivery of the item will be as a new
boxed item, second hand goods are only sent out to a customer,
if pre arranged in the initial deal, and if so, the customer
would have been notified beforehand, we strictly do not sell
second hand goods as new!
Any second hand
or used goods, ie X demo etc, have no warranty, there is no
warranty on used or second hand equipment, any second hand equipment
sold would have been tested before it was offered for sale,
and will be in good working order or will not be sold.
If you think you have a problem with any equipment purchased
from Absolute tracking, please contact us immediately, so we
can examine the equipment for malfunction or manufacturer defect.
If the equipment you receive is found to be faulty Absolute
Tracking will replace the item or issue a full credit note to
the customer. This can be spent with us on any product, do not
wait for long periods of time before contacting us with an equipment
concern, long periods of time constitute usage?
Any goods returned must be in excellent condition or refunds
will not be given!
Scratches drop marks and general abused goods will not be refunded,
you must take care of your equipment if you require us to honor
warranty, this does not apply to regular or long term Absolute
Tracking clients.
If you contact
us with a concern as soon as you get your package, we will send
you an instant replacement product, however, allowing days to
lapse after your purchase and then contacting us to report problems,
obviously constitutes field usage of the product so at this
point you can not return the product to us with out a returns
number, we may have to return your product to the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer replaces the item, then you will receive
the item back, if the manufacturer decides that the item has
been abused or missused and refuses to refund Absolute Tracking
Ltd then you will not receive your replacement item, you may
request the original damaged item back but this can sometimes
be very costly as we import all our equipment from international
locations worldwide.
Absolute Tracking® reserve
all rights and may decide to change any pricing at any time
regarding changes in circumstances, we will always try and accommodate
our customers where possible. Please note !
Do not open or try to adjust or fix any equipment supplied by
Absolute Tracking®, warranty
is void if any equipment casing or like, has been tampered with
or opened.
Absolute Tracking® receive some
warranty from some of our wholesalers and we have a returns
structure so please respect this arrangement and conduct you
returns as you would at any reputable high street shop. (there
can sometimes be long periods of time on returns) Take care
not to drop or abuse the equipment we supply.
