Absolute Tracking Ltd - © Absolute Tracking Ltd reserved the right to refuse the sale or hire of any of its products or services at any time if deemed the client is using any products or services outside of the law operating in the countery of use.
Hire products are subject to a fair user policy, operating outside the UK may result in data roaming costs taken from your trackers sim card this will stop your tracker from working correctly, if you intend to use your system outside the UK please inform us in advance so we can talk about possibilities and costings in advance of usage. (Please note any tracking leaving the UK will work up to a specific point if not pre prepared for international usage)

It is you the customers owner / person in charge of the product, renting or hiring products & services from Absolute Tracking Ltd, to act in line with the Laws govening the area you are operating in. Absolute Tracking Ltd do not accsept responcibility for users of its systerms or products if a user breaks the law layed down in the location of operation, it is for the client to accsept all responcibilities for using there equipment sold to or hired to from Absaolute Tracking Ltd.

Standard terms and conditions apply in all cases where products are hired or rented to users/customers or clients of Absolute Tracking Ltd.
In all hire cases we require the set monthly premium dictated by the item sold on the price based during the time of sale or hire or rental of the product. I t the sole responsibility of the user / client / customer of Absolute Tracking Ltd to cancel there Paypal subscription if they return or cancel any product or service provided by Absolute Tracking Ltd, no refunded payment can be made for failure buy the user / client / customer to cancel any subscription or recurring payments. this responsibility is down to the user / client / customer in charge of the system & controlled by you and not subject to any contractual agreement outside the required monthly rental amount displayed on the web site at the time of the transaction.

Terms and Conditions of Business – commonly referred to as “T’s & C’s”
All sales are subject to the following trading terms - these terms and conditions do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.
We guarantee that the equipment that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised however we are unable to guarantee precise compatability or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to ensure that all information provided is as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors in our advertising on our website.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by the company.
All prices quoted are in £ sterling.
Payment terms are cash, cheque (subject to guarantee/clearance), credit/debit card (inc. AMEX), bank draft/building society cheque or bank transfer or Paypal. Personal or business cheques not covered by a guarantee card are subject to a 10 working day clearance period. Express clearance is available at a small charge. International customers should request Money wire details from us if their credit/debit card is not part of the 3D secured scheme. Western Union payments accepted subject to prior agreement.
30 day credit terms may be offered to approved accounts - public sector and major PLCs.
Title of the goods remains with Nirvana Global Ltd until payment has been made in full.
Delivery prices are quoted for UK mainland addresses only - certain areas of the Highlands and Northern Scotland may attract a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.
We will give you an estimated date of despatch for your order. If these dates cannot be met for whatever reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times, we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times. You will be given a choice of delivery options at time of checkout.
Any shortages or damage to your delivery must be advised to the company within 7 days of delivery in writing to our address or email as below, should a return be required then you must complete our Returns Authorisation Form (RMA) before returning, no equipment will be accepted for return unless this is completed and acknowledged by us. Provided that this notice is given, we will collect, replace, repair or refund the equipment free of charge.
All goods are offered subject to stocks and availability. If for any reason they are no longer available we will try to offer an alternative product, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract and offer a refund.
Important - Distance Selling Regulations
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.
If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us, fax us or e-mail clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within seven working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.
Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below - we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. Please mark all parcels clearly with your returns number (RMA). Goods must be returned in same conditions as they were received and all packaing included. Software, audio or video recordings that have been opened cannot be returned, once they are opened they are considered to be sold.
Any product that has been tampered with; warranty seal broken or otherwise mis-used will be subject of a repair/re-stock fee or refused a replacement or full-refund. All equipment is security marked and serial numbers recorded to insure against fraudulent return.
If it is more convenient, we can arrange collection by our couriers; any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
