The unit you have has two different properties, one being
the GPS component and the other being the SMS data bus system.
Both systems are required for the unit to operate properly.
Please follow below for a breakdown in mobile phone text message control.
Sending the strings below as SMS or text messages will allow you to control
your tracking system from your mobile phone.
Every time you send a POLL command from the web site
you will use one of your credits or POLL's
POLL's are charged at a regular text message price of 15p per POLL.
All the bold written prompts and strings should be sent in the text message exactly and completely as they are written below.

In red represents the code or command type being sent to the unit so in this
case we are sending a text to the units sim car to tell the unit to change text
time interval, represented by the red number 3.
So in a basic format the key above is in action below,
in this example we will text the unit a command to make the system send a
text message / track to the server every 5 minutes and to switch off after the
system has sent a maximum of 99 text messages / tracks.
To send any control from your mobile phone to this system you should address the text message to the sim card number in the tracking unit, and send the appropriate string to the unit with the desired time interval for tracking SMS positions.
You can also request an instant geographical position
/ one track to be sent to the server by sending the string below, so this command
will ask the unit to send one track or position report to the mapping server
etc.
This is a very economical way of tracking your unit and only using a little
of the pre paid recourses when you needed.
The down side to this method is the history will only show tracks made, example.
If you only poll the system one every day to find out
the position, you will only be able to look at the track in the history as apposed
to
viewing many tracks in a day if the unit was set to report to the server at
5 minute intervals

Sending this string from you mobile phone will update the mapping on line by
one track then stop.

This string is used
to set the unit to send data only if it moves 100 meters from its location.
