Topping up.
* Did you no you can top up your tracking in real tim from any cashpoint with your credit or debit card, also to up online go to O2. Simply Just register your credit or debit card with O2 and top up on line from any where in the world.

Adding minutes on Prepaid T-Mobile SIM card.
The most common reason a GPS tracker does not respond is that the Prepaid SIM card is out of credit.
Simply top it up with £5.00 by visiting any top up point in the UK and adding a top up with your swipe card.
The top up can also be achieved by the top up point issuer physically typing the number on the card into there top up point, sometimes this is necessary due to the magnetic strip on the back of the card failing.
Should this happen please register a new top up card with your tracker by calling o2 and adding a top up card to the mobile number on the sim card located in your tracking unit.

*There are six numbers on your receipt and on your top up card, simply enter the last six numbers in the box above and click go to open your mapping system.

You have now set an invisible perimeter, when your tracking unit breaches this area the system will send you an alert you that your tracking unit is on the move.
