1) Armoured magnetic case.

1) The magnetic case should be fixed to the under part of a vehicle in the
best place so the magnet can cleanly affix
to all of its magnetic area, so a flat area is the best place to affix the extra
life case.
The top of the case should be pointing towards the ground so as to allow the
system to receive better GPS.
Do not place in the engine bay or onto the engine, also do not fix to any moving
part of the vehicles suspension as this may cause
you to loose your system and or create a problem with the vehicles operation.
2) The small electronic interface should be used with the extra life battery
only.
To connect it simply disconnects the tracking units back case by sliding down
the back of the unit with both thumbs. Remove the
battery by un plugging it out of the tracking unit. Insert the small electronic
interface into the tracking unit and then connect the other
end of the electronic interface into the extra life battery. Your system should
now be place into the armoured box so the Lights on the
top of it face you with the magnet facing away on the other side of the lights.
You may want to file a little slot into the plastic back of the tracker to allowing
the back to re affixed onto the unit, or simply leave it of
and place into the case with the extra life battery by the side of the unit,
close case and deploy, you are ready to use your tracking unit.
Please make sure the unit is switched on and both lights are lit, Blue GPS,
red GSM.
3) Charge this unit with the charger supplied until the light on the charger
turned green.
The system takes about 4 hours to fully charge then it will run for approximately
60 days.
4) Please note this is of an international design so please use the converter
to make the two pin fit the UK power supply. This is
achieved by simply pushing the two pins on the charger into the three-pin converter;
it fits a little loos This is design intent and will
power up with out error. The charger will appear horizontal to the plug once
it has been inserted, the two pins on the power charger
will slot directly into the three-pin converter’s two top adjacent pins.
5) Follow converter above to plug into the mains, the units internal rechargeable battery will run the unit for approximately 40 hours
6) top up the credit on the tracker the same as a regular
top up or pay as you go phone, by taking the provided swipe card into the
nearest t-mobile top up point and handing it over to the sales man or women.
Request a mobile phone top up and pay with your chose method of payment.
The system on regular usage with use approximately £7 - 8 per month in
GPRS mode only, se setting the unit to SMS and GPRS mode
in the tracking command information sheet, this will cost more to run monthly
but it is better for information and track details.
(The tracking unit is set to GPRS mode only on delivery this will not change
unless you change it)

“Will program the unit to send data by GPRS but if GPRS becomes unreachable
then the unit will switch to SMS, best setting for
good history and live tracking but will be a little more expensive to use this
setting.

This command will set the unit to auto pole, so send a track to our mapping
server depending on the interval and amount of tracks specified. EG:
6 represents the code to program the auto report/pole function, so in the example
above the string will send data or tracks at a 15 second interval
& a total number of 9999 tracks will be sent, the tracking unit will stop
reporting after 9999 tracks. simply re send the above command or poll to continue.
All the strings above can be sent from your mobile phone for free and this is
not going to cost us it will be charged at the normal rate for a text message
from your air time provider.

Sending an SMS to command the unit from your mobile phone will cost you Possible
a little less, depending on airtime providers.
All in red above should be typed into the body of the text message exactly as
it is shown! (You can use any mobile or phone to send a control massage
to your tracking unit.)
Using the poll function on the web site to change your tracking systems preferences
is not free, a 20p charge is required for each poll sent from the web site,
we issue 200 polls free on all tracking system sales. Default passwords are
always let at’0000’ we recommend you do not change this as we keep
a record of
the password and username at sale.

with your cell phone number and the system will send you
a low battery warning as required.
Tracking on line, Polling with
your password.
To track go to www.absolute-tracking.com
and click tracking consol, then input your 6 secret numbers into the top input
box, click go and you will enter the
mapping below. Click Google black banner, the mapping will change and you will
see a poll button, click poll and select interval in poll box then input your
password which is set by us @ ‘0000’ then click
send, the tracking unit will now be updated to the new tracking interval.
Please note you can purchase more tracking command polls on line by click purchase
sms credit button and using your credit card or debit card, simply
follow the on screen instructions.
Geo fence.
In the same mapping screen click the Geo fence button after you have zoomed
as close to your tracking unit as possible, this is done by clicking the
zoom button on the top left side of the mapping image. Once you have zoomed
in click set geo fence, then input your [hpne number or e-mail address and click
set.
Your unit will now send a notification direct to your mobile phone and or e-mail
to your chosen e-mail address when the tracking unit moves out of the Geographical
set area.
Tracking by PDA or Mobile phone.
We do not charge for this service and to use it you must request us to send
you a PDA or mobile tracking link, you will then input this into your mobile
device and you will then be able to see your tracking system from your mobile
device.
